pintxos
Pinchos, pintxos, appetizers, whatever you wanna call 'em. This is by far the most delicious project in which I've been involved. In just two days, two students at the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, as well as a fellow classmate at Ohio University, and I created this piece during the International Student Workshop at Malofiej, the 26th Infographics World Summit during March 11-16. Each team was randomly assembled by my professor, John Grimwade, former graphics editor of Condé Nast publications and The Times in London, and was assigned a topic. As you'll notice, my group's subject matter was food in Pamplona. Our chosen setting was Café Iruña, one of Ernest Hemingway's favorite hangouts, and the menu was toast galore.
